ColoStream Fulfillment is a Northern Colorado-based e-commerce fulfillment service designed to streamline operations for small and growing businesses. We offer three tiers: Trickle ($1,250/month for 100-200 packages), Flow ($2,500/month for 200-400 packages), and Cascade ($5,000/month for 400-800+ packages) Services include storage, order processing, and real-time inventory tracking. 

Outsourcing to ColoStream can save you significant costs compared to in-house fulfillment. For example, Flow Tier clients save $4,320.95 per month and Cascade Tier clients save $4,000/month. We eliminate labor, rent, and equipment costs, offering bulk shipping rates from Northern Colorado, maximizing your e-commerce fulfillment. 

Trickle Tier provide storage for 2-10 SKUs, Flow Tier provides storage for 5-20 SKUs, and Cascade Tier provide storage for 40-60 SKUs. We do not charge any additional fee for storage outside of the monthly fee. 

We process orders in 12-13 minutes each using a batch picking method, handling up to 1,200 order per day. Orders received before 3 pm mountain time will be processed for collection the same day. 

ColoStream integrates seamlessly with popular platforms like Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and QuickBooks via our warehouse management system. This enables real-time inventory sync, multi-channel order management, and financial tracking, tailored to your business needs across all tiers. 

Getting started is simple! Complete our online assessment on www.colostreamfulfillment.com/fulfillment-assessment and we'll contact you within 48 hours with a personalized recommendation. Next, we'll sign a contract, schedule a 30-minute onboarding call, and ship your inventory to our Northern Colorado facility. We'll handle the rest!

ColoStream is designed for growth! If you outgrow your tier (e.g. from Flow to Cascade) we'll assess your needs and transition you seamlessly. Our spare racks and flexible staffing ensure scalability without downtime. 

We maintain 99%+ order accuracy using barcode scanning and sublocation management. Daily quality checks and dedicated staff to your products we monitor key KPIs. 

We partner with FedEx, UPS and USPS for bulk shipping from Northern Colorado, leveraging our location for faster Western U.S. delivery. Costs are offered to you at our bulk discount rate. Additionally, if you would like, we can utilize your carrier account for full transparency. 

We understand plans change. Provide 30 days' notice and we'll coordinate the return of your inventory, finalize billing, and deactivate your account. We'll also gather feedback to improve, ensuring a smooth exit while valuing your experience.
