• Refund Availability: You’re entitled to a full refund for the last billing period—whether it’s $1,250 (Trickle), $2,500 (Flow), or $5,000 (Cascade)—for any reason. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. If it didn’t work for you, we don’t deserve your money.
• Request Process: Submit your refund request via our Contact Us page (Contact Us) within 30 days of your billing date. Provide your account details, and our team will process it and cut you a check the same day. 
• Conditions: Refunds apply only to the most recent billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits for prior periods. Upon refund, we’ll coordinate the return of your inventory (if any remains) at no cost to you.
