ColoStream Fulfillment Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 14, 2025

Welcome to ColoStream Fulfillment, a Northern Colorado-based e-commerce fulfillment service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including storage, order processing, and tracking via warehouse shipping station. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

•  We offer Trickle ($1,250/month), Flow ($2,500/month), and Cascade ($5,000/month) tiers.

•  Services include receiving, storing, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping with integrations (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to your e-commerce platform.

2. Payment

•  Billing occurs monthly in advance. Payment is due on the 5th of the month via credit card or bank transfer.

•  Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Refunds are available for the last billing period (see Refund Policy).

3. Client Responsibilities

•  Provide accurate inventory data and shipment details.

•  Ensure compliance with shipping regulations (e.g., hazardous materials).

•  Notify us of changes (e.g., order volume increases) 30 days in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

•  All data you provide (e.g., SKUs, sublocations) remains your property.

•  ColoStream owns process improvements and software.

5. Limitation of Liability

•  Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last month. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues or client errors.

•  Use at your own risk; we strive for 10–15 min/order but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

6. Termination

•  Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, we’ll return inventory and finalize billing within 7 days.

•  Non-payment or breach allows immediate suspension.

7. Governing Law

•  These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Disputes will be resolved in Boulder County, CO courts.
